campus

hec located on 110-hectare woodland campus in jouy-en-josas, 16 km. (10 miles) southwest of central paris, close versailles. jouy-en-josas served rer parisian suburban train. campus built around 19th-century chateau, used executive education classes.


lodging provided in 1 of ten dormitories (bâtiments) providing basic furnished rooms. eats @ university restaurant, serves 2 meals day in soup kitchen setting. grande école , specialized master students have classes in bâtiment des études (batzet), while mba students study in specially designated building. there 2 on-campus bars: zinc, located on second floor of cafeteria (or kfet), , piano bar, adjacent mba residence hall. campus boasts several sports fields , 2 lakes.

there around 130 clubs or associations on campus.


the hec student council (bureau des Élèves in french or bde) in charge of social entertainment on campus. in charge of coordinating club activities , representing students in front of campus administration. bde organizes weekly events such pows (parties of week), lunches , dinners, speakers, , sport events. hec parties organised every thursday of recognized ones among french schools , universities. bde composed of 40-student team elected each year in april , competition among students creates well-known student office campaign.


the hec mba council in charge of social activities related mba student body. manages mba s piano bar in expansiel building (building a), coordinates , funds mba club activities (speaker events, sports events, dinners etc.), works expand hec mba brand, develops campus , alumni relations, sets new mbas integration week, , relays student concerns , needs administration. elections mba council bi-annual accommodate both january , september mba intakes.


alumni association

the school alumni association, association des diplômés hec paris founded in 1883 , gathers alumni of different institutions of hec group: École hec paris, mba hec paris, hec paris executive mba, mastères hec paris , doctorat hec paris. each degree associated letter , year of graduation.
