hannah selected in second round (63rd overall) of 1995 nfl draft dallas cowboys. although played offensive tackle in college, drafted play offensive guard.


as rookie, suffered torn lateral meniscus , sprained posterior cruciate ligament in right knee during first preseason game, , placed on injured reserve list on august 27. next year, came out of shape , overweight, created tension coaches, led decision quit team during preseason , announce retirement.


after spending year out of football, cowboys gave him second chance in 1997, released before season started on august 19.


new york jets

on september 24, 1997, new york jets signed him practice squad. waived on october 20.


carolina panthers

in 1998, signed free agent carolina panthers, released before season started on august 23.
