in 1743 dr john wall analysed spring water. published analysis of water, stating water contained nothing @ .


edward popham of tewkesbury partially cured of gout @ holy in 1747 , vote of erected small bath resembled modest stone sink.


in 1853 holy , nearby bath cottage purchased squatters thomas charles hornyold, extended building housed baths , spa @ cost of £400.


the building listed grade ii , of architectural interest in 1970s.
