at pantai mertasari, teams must participate in traditional indonesian pole climbing, known panjat pinang (in indonesian), whereby each team member must climb slippery pinang palm tree pole retrieve marked item @ top of pole. once had 2 items, receive next clue.
after participating in panjat pinang, teams headed nearby beach of taman inspirasi, must change swimsuits , assemble traditional fishing boat of jukung according finished sample. once done, had paddle boat water find on several traditional lobster traps marked one. after had found it, must return fisherman @ shore receive next clue.
