the distinctive clock tower 59 m (194 ft) in height has 3.7 m-diameter (12 ft) gilded dial on each of 4 faces. clock mechanism includes hour bell , 4 quarter bells each inscribed mottoes in english or welsh.

in front of entrance portico rectangular pool fountains. created in july 1969 mark investiture of prince charles prince of wales.


memorials

the building has 2 memorials. memorial on left dedicated polish soldiers, airmen , sailors gave lives during second world war 1939–1945. 1 on right dedicated victims of war.
